Fast Food Workers Strike? Really?!?!

So ... It's all over Facebook and the national news ... Fast food workers are going on strike because they believe they are not receiving a fair wage for the work they do ... Um ... Really? You mean to tell me, after your lack of ambition, talent, drive, intelligence and work ethic, landed you a gig that requires you to ask people if they would like fries with their meal, you think you're underpaid?!?! Fast food gigs are for high school/ college students and retirees who just want to get out and socialize. If you're over 25 years old and you work at McDonalds and you're NOT the manager or owner, you have WAY bigger problems than the size of your paycheck. You zigged when you should have zagged ... Your compass was defective ... In short ... Things have gone slightly askew.

And now, you want to make it someone else's fault and make THEM pay because you refused to pay attention in school or apply yourself? You want to be HANDED something that everyone else on the planet had to work their asses off to get?!?! And you're not gonna give us our Big Mac's til you get it?

Let me tell you something .... YOU settled for a job that I can basically train any primate with opposable thumbs to do. YOU cut class. YOU ignored all the warnings from your peers. So now YOU have a fast food job. Live with it and the shitty paycheck that comes with it, or MAKE THE NECESSARY SACRIFICES to better yourself and your life. Then you WON'T have a fast food job. It's like this .... A morbidly obese, stupid guy who has zero charm and is completely ugly due to lack of proper hygine, marrys a girl who is in the same proverbial boat. Then, after a few months, he starts riding her ass saying she has to lose a bunch of weight, go back to school and get smart, improve her hygine and become more attractive .... But when SHE asks him what HE'S going to do to improve HIMSELF, he says "Nothing". Want a thinner girlfriend? Lay off the Twinkies and Ho Ho's. Want a smarter girlfriend? Read a bunch of books and improve your mind so you can keep up in a conversation. Want a better job? ..... Yah .... I hope you're getting the picture. It's not the fast food place's responsibility to make it so you make more money ... It's YOUR responsibility. That means make yourself a person who DESERVES a better job because you improved yourself and made yourself an asset that employers are willing to pay more money to get.
